The 5th Annual Possum Pickin' Bluegrass Concert Series will get underway Saturday, May 17th on Head Avenue in Downtown Tallapoosa. The Paul Family, The Joe & Melanie Johnson Band and a Surprise Group will begin the first of six performances held each third Saturday, May - October. Take your chair and the entire family to these open air concerts. There is no charge, valuable door prizes will be awarded. Hotdogs, Popcorn, soft drinks and water will be sold by the Better Hometown Committee of the Downtown Development Authority. Lowell White will be the Master of Ceremonies.

Tuition must be paid at the beginning of the year, August 1st, 2008 or be arranged to pay in two payments of $425 - August 1st, 2008 & January 1st, 2009.
